Our housemaid service in Kathmandu are provided on a flexible hourly basis to suit your household needs. The standard working schedule includes 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
- Working Hours:
- Minimum: 2 hours per day
- Maximum: 12 hours per day
- Summer Timing: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Winter Timing: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Clients are required to provide basic meals (breakfast and lunch) to full-day housemaids during working hours.
Pricing & Payment Policy
- Salary, allowances, and incentives are mutually agreed upon between the client (First Party) and the maid.
- The company does not enforce fixed salary structures, as arrangements may vary based on job scope and experience.
- The client must pay the maid directly at the end of each month.
Booking & Service Charges
- A non-refundable booking fee of NPR 2,000 is required to reserve a maid.
- This booking remains valid for 2 months from the reservation date.
- Service charges are non-refundable, but may be adjusted for future service use.
- After the 2-month validity period, a new booking fee is required for replacement or new service.

Responsibilities & Liabilities
- The company (Second Party) is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring at the client’s premises.
- The company is not obligated to provide a replacement if a worker leaves due to mistreatment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior from the client.
- The company does not accept liability for any future legal issues, but may assist in investigations if required.
Client Responsibilities
- The client must collect and verify the maid’s identification documents, such as citizenship and emergency contact details, if necessary.
- The client must maintain a safe and respectful working environment for the maid.
Trial & Replacement Policy
- A 1-week trial period is provided for evaluation.
- If unsatisfied, the client must pay the maid for the days worked, and a replacement will be arranged.
- A maximum of 2 replacements within one month is allowed under the standard booking.
Annual Booking Plan (NPR 12,000 – 1 Year Validity)
- The NPR 12,000 booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
- The plan is valid for 12 months from the booking date.
